John Earnest, also known by the pseudonym "Internet Janitor", is the creator of oK and special-k.

Beyond his contributions to array programming, many of his projects are graphical and retro in nature[1],[2] which is echoed in oK's experimental programming environment, iKe.[3]

John occasionally participates in the APL Farm.
