Merge with APL2?

Seems like Log-On APL2 is the exact same product as IBM APL2 and this is just an ownership transfer? The trademark is under license from IBM. I don't think it makes sense to split the Log-On product into its own APL Wiki page, since the differences are all legal and don't affect programming. Similar to APL2000 shenanigans.
