:Of course it has to be subjective, but I've never heard a mention of Moore or Hui from anyone who isn't an APL user. What's Moore famous for, writing an ALGOL compiler? [[wikipedia:ALGOL 60#ALGOL 60 implementations timeline|Lots of people]] have done that and most of them don't even get Wikipedia pages.
