Merge with Julia?

APL.js is almost entirely a wrapper over existing Julia functionality: the only primitives that it spends more than a line to define are `⊤` and scan (which is linear unlike APL). I think it would make much more sense include this as a section in an eventual page on Julia. -- Marshall (talk) 21:25, 2 July 2021 (UTC)
