Main Tab
Space in the main tab area is valuable. Statistics told me that the pages "LatestNews" as well as "Discussions+To Do" were not exactly blockbusters. Those who know and care will find them via the "Recent Changes" tab anyway, so I removed them from the main tab.
Table of Contents
In particular the table-of-contents on the FinnAplIdiomLibrary page is so large that a "hide TOC" command was desperately needed. It works now.
It does not need to come with every TOC, but it makes perfect sense where a TOC is very long or very wide or both.
APL Chars in header and TOC
The FinnAplIdiomLibrary page also triggered another layout change: In both, headers and the TOC, APL chars are used on that page. A few people (including me) actually saw APL chars, but most didn't. It's still a complete mystery to me why.
Anyway, now the "APL385 Unicode" font is used in headers and in the TOC.
