The APL Wiki's underlying software, MoinMoin, supports RSS feeds. However, you can only subscribe to the RecentChanges page, not to a particular page or selection of pages.

In order to achieve this add action=rss_rc  to the end of a valid page URL, for example: 

http://aplwiki.com//?action=rss_rc

For the time being there is a drawback to this: You will get notifications for every single page change, including those marked as "trivial" by the editor.

Note that Google's Chrome cannot deal with this. You must use another browser for subscribing to the RSS feed. Once this is done Chrome is doing fine.
